For various IT projects in the Zurich area, we are looking for a

Helpdesk Supporter 100%


Main tasks

  • Onsite support with direct user contact
  • Operation of existing IT environments, focus on Microsoft
  • Processing of service requests and IT problems troubleshooting
  • Development of new IT solutions and project tasks
  • Support for the introduction of new systems
  • Definition and optimization of processes
  • Management of system documentation

Requirements

  • Documented experience as a Systems Administrator / Helpdesk Supporter
  • Expertise in the latest Microsoft client and server technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with IBM Lotus Domino/Notes products
  • Important: Teamwork abilities and stress-resistant

Language skills/ age:

  • Native German
  • Good English skills
  • Older than 27 years

Start date:

  • ASAP
